At Linkurious, security, reliability, and trust are core to how we build and operate our platform. As part of our ongoing efforts, we’re pleased to announce that Linkurious has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, providing independent assurance that our security controls operate effectively.
SOC 2 is a globally recognized examination framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A Type II assessment evaluates both the design of security controls and their effective operation over an extended period, providing independent third-party assurance to customers and partners.
Achieving SOC 2 compliance was a collective effort across Linkurious, with the support of Bastion Technologies to provide guidance throughout the preparation and audit phases.
SOC 2 reports are based on the Trust Services Criteria, which include:
- Security
- Availability
- Processing integrity
- Confidentiality
- Privacy
A Type II audit goes beyond a snapshot review and assesses how controls perform consistently over time. Achieving a SOC 2 Type II report indicates that the security controls were implemented appropriately.
Linkurious supports public and private organizations operating in high-risk and highly regulated environments, including financial institutions, public authorities, and intelligence teams.
In these contexts, security requirements go beyond basic controls and often need to be formally assessed. Organizations must meet requirements around data protection, vendor risk management, and operational resilience before investigative work can even begin.
SOC 2 compliance provides independent validation of our security and control environment and offers additional assurance to risk, procurement, and compliance teams.
Since 2025, Linkurious provides a fully managed graph visualization and analysis solution. With Linkurious Enterprise Cloud, customers rely on us to operate and secure the service infrastructure that supports this online solution. Security and availability are managed by Linkurious, allowing teams to focus on exploring connected data rather than managing the environment.
The SOC 2 certification confirms that controls around access management, data protection, system availability, and operational processes are in place, providing clear assurance for organizations using the platform in sensitive and regulated contexts.
For Linkurious, achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance goes beyond simply implementing processes. It reflects concrete changes in our products and services, as well as the deployment of new practices and tools. To ensure confidentiality and security, we notably conduct annual penetration tests on Linkurious Enterprise Cloud and our Customer Center. Furthermore, we have implemented automated systems for detecting security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across our entire infrastructure and key tools.
SOC 2 compliance is not an endpoint, but part of our continuous improvement approaches to security, governance, and operational discipline as our platform continues to evolve.
