In order to use Linkurious Enterprise Cloud, your data needs to be stored in a compatible graph database (Amazon Neptune, Azure Cosmos DB, Memgraph, Neo4j) or via a graph data layer (Google Spanner Graph) available over the internet. It’s possible to integrate the Linkurious Decision Intelligence platform with an existing graph database/layer (on premise or deployed in the cloud) or it can be provided by Linkurious.

For Linkurious Enterprise Cloud clients, once you’ve completed the free sign up process you will receive an email to a link to a Linkurious Enterprise Cloud instance. Connect to the instance and provide the name, address, login and password of your graph database and you can start searching, visualizing and making sense of your data.

For the Linkurious Decision Intelligence Platform clients, after a short call with a sales person, you will receive a link to download a copy of the product (Docker image or a Linux/Windows/Mac build). Follow the instructions and you will quickly be able to make sense of your data.

Linkurious Enterprise Cloud and the Linkurious Decision Intelligence Platform rely on popular graph databases and layers such as Amazon Neptune, Azure Cosmos DB, Google Spanner Graph, Memgraph, Neo4j to store data. It’s necessary thus to import your data into one of those graph data stores. Each data store has its own set of tools and APIs to facilitate the import of data. For example Neo4j provides Neo4j Data Importer, a UI to import CSV files. Amazon Neptune is compatible with AWS Glue, an AWS-native ETL service.

Linkurious Enterprise Cloud is available for free during a 30-day trial period. Similarly free trial licenses are available for the Linkurious Decision Intelligence Platform.

If you have chosen a fully managed free trial: 

• Not moving forward? Cancel anytime - your access ends and data is deleted within X days.
• Want to continue? Your instance remains live and the paid subscription starts.
• Prefer self-managed? Cancel your online subscription and request a quote for cloud or on-prem deployment.

If you have chosen a self managed free trial: 

• Not moving forward? Decommission the software — no strings attached.
• Want to continue? Contact your sales representative and get a quote for a full license.

You can cancel your Linkurious Enterprise Cloud plan whenever you’d like. During the 30-day free trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after the free trial period, you will be charged for the remainder of the term you signed up for.

Linkurious Enterprise Cloud includes user authentication and access rights management capabilities. It’s hosted in data centers in EMEA and Linkurious is in the process of getting a SOC2 certification.

The Linkurious Decision Intelligence Platform can be deployed on premise or self-hosted on the cloud. It supports multiple authentication methods (Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, SAML2) and fine-grained access rights.

Linkurious Enterprise Cloud is not yet SOC2 certified. But we’re actively working on the SOC2 Type II certification for this product. We’ll communicate publicly when this will be achieved - hopefully by the end of 2025. Contact us if you’d like to know more about the status.

Unlike Neo4j Bloom, which is limited to the Neo4j ecosystem, Linkurious Enterprise Cloud connects to multiple graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Azure Cosmos DB, Memgraph, and more) and is built for both technical and non-technical users.
